THE USUAL DIAMOND-STONE PITCH
Fast cutting.
Impressive stock removal is an easy selling point. But speed alone says little about the scratches you still have to remove.
LUZI / SPECIFICATIONS
A broad working footprint. A substantial abrasive body. Luzi combines a 210 × 75 mm working footprint with 20 mm of diamond-resin abrasive, for wide-bevel foundation polishing before natural stones.
The 20 mm specification describes the abrasive material itself, not a holder or base.
A little extra from Luzi. Luzi usually includes a few extra millimeters of abrasive thickness beyond the specified 20 mm, at no extra charge.
THE MATERIAL / THE METHOD
Developed in collaboration with sword polishers. The harder version brings that foundation-polishing approach to a wider community.
Stone-specific wetting and care instructions will be published before launch. Do not assume a soaking or splash-and-go method.
THE POLISHING DIFFERENCE
Speed is only half the story. Luzi's proprietary formula gives very fast cutting and very shallow scratches, for wide-bevel polishing before natural stones.
THE USUAL DIAMOND-STONE PITCH
Impressive stock removal is an easy selling point. But speed alone says little about the scratches you still have to remove.
LUZI / FOR POLISHERS
Luzi's proprietary formula delivers very fast cutting and very shallow scratches. Its resin-bonded diamond abrasive is built for actual wide-bevel polishing, not just stock removal.
Those shallow marks are easier to refine away in the natural-stone stages that follow. The foundation should help the finish, not fight it.
Cutting speed, scratch depth, and refinement vary with grit, steel, pressure, and technique.
